I have had an interest lately in the Covid-related rules for people attending universities and community colleges in Ontario. In a nutshell, as of mid to late October (depending on the institution), here are the rules as I understand them:
- If you are double-vaccinated and wear a mask, you can enter the campus whenever you want.
- If you are unvaccinated, you can’t go on campus at any time.
So let me get this straight. If I’m double-vaccinated and I catch Covid, I can go on campus whenever I want and potentially spread Covid to everyone (remember, the vaccine manufacturers all say their vaccine does not prevent you from catching Covid or from spreading it to others. Their only claim is that the vaccines reduce symptoms).
But if I’m unvaccinated, and I am not sick, let’s say because I caught Covid, recovered, and have natural immunity, I won’t be able to go on campus at any time.
If they really cared about preventing people who are sick from entering the schools, they could perform a quick temperature scan on everyone entering the building. Anyone who has an elevated temperature could easily be denied entry. But they aren’t doing that. From this, I can only assume they don’t care about people being sick, they just want people vaccinated.
Covid has an over-99% survival rate for both the vaccinated and unvaccinated. As a result, there is no need for everyone to be vaccinated, and yet these ridiculous decisions are being made that are causing the young to miss out on school, businesses to go bankrupt because they have to turn away customers, and many people to lose their jobs.
To those of you who think that the government should do more to make the unvaccinated take the experimental gene therapy shots, I hope you realize you are cheerleading for the removal of the very basis of civilization and for the implementation of tyranny.
One day, in the not too distant future, I hope you will learn how mistaken you have been and you will seek forgiveness. The damage will have been done, but hopefully some good will come of all this, and the rest of us can get on with rebuilding all that has been destroyed.
Peace be with you
Steve.
